Beneficiary Selection Criteria

  • Orphan Child, staying with relatives or in a boarding house/rented accommodation.
  • Child of a widow with no property, either sole breadwinner or unemployed
  • Child of a widower with no property, either sole breadwinner or unemployed
  • Children’s with terminally ill parent
  • Children of daily wage earners, hawkers, etc.

Student Selection Procedure

  • Every student is selected only on the basis of the above mentioned 5 criteria’s irrespective of religion, caste or any other factor rather the financial background is considered. The first step is to collect the application form from the beneficiary. The staff worker visits the student and his/her family and fills the application form directly. Once the application form is received and based on the remarks submitted by the staff worker, the further procedures are followed.
  • If the student is eligible, he/she is categorized on the basis of his/her class/grade in school and the approved amount is allocated.
  • The education support is provided every month to all the students. It is categorized in three levels based on the class/ grade in which the student is studying.
  • Receives request letter through referral.
  • Staff worker visits and get the application form filled with parent /guardian signature.
  • Application form will be shared among new supporters through coordinators.
  • New supporter will choose the application it will be approved from the chapter.

AIM Reserves right to cease the financial support subject to:

  • Wherein the candidate completes his or her studies.
  • Wherein the candidate gets married or get employed.
  • Wherein the candidate involuntary asks for stopping the support.
  • Wherein there is any breach of AIM terms and conditions.
  • AIM officials are fully authorized to stop the financial support at any time (due to any reasons)
  • AIM is not legally bound to explain reasons for discontinuing support.

When the terms and conditions are not followed, any unexpected behavior appears from the students or failing in any class/grade or when the staff worker contacts the students and if there is no proper response then a notice letter will be sent to them before taking any further actions. After receiving the clarification, if there is no valid reason to express from the side of the student or his/her family, an appraisal form is prepared and further decision will be taken by AIM officials.

  • Each Chapter has an Accountant who is responsible to keep the record of transactions and prepare support list.
  • Every Chapter Accountants are coordinated by AIM Accounts team.
  • AIM Accounts Team monitors the Centralized Accounts and prepare for Monthly Report presentation.
  • Accounts Team schedule Meeting through online platform with each chapter coordinator and Accountant to analysis the progress of the respective chapter.
  • Accounts team generate monthly Bank Statement via FEDNET at the end of every month to cross verify all the transaction daily to issue receipts.
